Fingerless Glove Bug
Lately I've been taken over by the "Fingerless Glove Bug". It's a very sneaky little thing. It lures you in with an easy pattern that you make up in no time at all, then leaves you hungry for more! I'm addicted for sure, and I don't think that there's a cure. I made my first pair by getting a pattern from a friend in my craft club. I couldn't believe how fast they made up, so I had to make a second pair. Then at the Fingerless Glove Group on Raverly, I discovered a slew of patterns, even some in crochet. So naturally being a crocheter, I had to make a pair or two in crochet. Next I joined the Secret Spring Swap! I decided to try another knit pattern which turned out very nice. It's the twisted rib pattern. I made them in a light blue, but not for the exchange. For the exchange I went out and bought some nice alpaca yarn in a persimmon color. The pattern I picked out turned out to be hard for me to follow with my limited knitting knowledge, so I've found another pattern to do. Sure hope the person who receives them likes them and the color. Believe it or not, I also have a pair of the Opera Gloves on needles for my youngest daughter! I wonder if there's a cure for this bug?
